Welcome to the third podcast episode! Firstly, I want to thank you for being a loyal and amazing audience! In the last 30 days, "Leading the Way" reached

#5 in the Entrepreneurship category in Croatia AND

#8 in the Entrepreneurship category in Finland 🎉✨

This gives me a great boost to keep on going and delivering insightful and entertaining content 🫶

Today, I'm diving into an unavoidable part of the startup world: co-founders.

In this energetic and peppery episode, I talk about:

  • should you even have a co-founder
  • who makes a good co-founder
  • how to find a well-matched co-founder
  • what happens when the co-founders' relationship doesn't work
  • what kind of co-founders our host wouldn't choose (but you might)

As usual, there will be plenty of real-world examples and personal stories. Maybe even a bit of drama...

In this episode, I used new audio mastering software (don't worry, my spouse still has an honorary job of being an audio engineer). Let me know how you like the quality of the sound!

A stylized joyous woman sitting at her laptop with a handful of 100 dollars notes in her hand. Welcome to the sixth podcast episode! I have to start this one with an apology. Episode six is well overdue, but, recording a podcast while having the flu is a no-go. I tried. Probably the second worst recording I ever did, besides my karaoke hip-hop performance. To make up for it, I will add a surprise episode in December, so keep your eyes on the inbox for that one! In today's episode, I tackle...

Women standing tall and looking forward. Prominent word "five" in bold orange font. Welcome to the second podcast episode! My spouse (who is also an acting audio engineer on the podcast) commented on this one "There is too much useful stuff in here, I should have taken notes". I hope you find it insightful too! In this episode, I talk about five key things to do before launching your business. Some of these I learned the hard way but now, being a 4 times founder, I make sure to listen to my...
